Our story

Family recipes, served without hurry

Fiorasse was born from a recipe notebook brought over from the Veneto and an open kitchen where the pasta is rolled out to order.

Here the tomato sauce simmers for six hours, the bread comes out of a wood-fired oven and the wine is chosen to match the dish. A dinner to sit down, raise a glass and stay a while.
