The short version. You pick a monthly or yearly plan, send us your material, approve a preview, and your site goes live. Your content stays yours, and so does the responsibility for it. You can cancel within 7 days for a full refund, and cancel anytime after that with no fee. If your plan ends and isn't renewed, your site data may be deleted 30 days later.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern the services provided by 57.754.999 Andrelise Pedroso Brogni, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 57.754.999/0001-81, located in Capão da Canoa/RS, Brazil (“unanti”, “we”, “us”), at unanti.com, painel.unanti.com and loja.unanti.com.
By buying a plan, creating a store, joining the partner program or using the client area, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so. You must be at least 18 years old.
2. Our services
- Business website and creator page: we build your site, publish it and keep it online with hosting, an SSL certificate and support while your plan is active;
- Online menu and store (loja.unanti.com): a platform where store owners set up a storefront, receive orders and track sales;
- Social media connection app (coming soon): see section 14.
What each plan includes (pages, features, limits) is what our pricing page shows when you sign up.
3. Plans, billing and automatic renewal
- Plans purchased in US dollars are billed through Stripe, either monthly or yearly. The current prices are those shown on our website at checkout, plus any taxes that apply.
- Automatic renewal: your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year) and your payment method is charged the plan price until you cancel. Checkout shows the price, billing frequency and this renewal term before you pay, and you will receive an email confirmation.
- How to cancel: email contato@unanti.com with the subject “Cancel my subscription” from the email on your account. We stop future charges and confirm the cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.
- Partner coupon codes give the discount shown on our site and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- If a plan price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies. The new price only applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before that.
- We never store your full card number; Stripe handles card details.
4. 7-day money-back guarantee and refunds
You can cancel within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Just email contato@unanti.com. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your card issuer decides how long it takes to appear.
After 7 days, cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you cancel because of a failure on our side that we could not fix, we refund the unused portion of your plan. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
5. How your website gets built
- After payment, you receive client area access by email.
- You send texts, photos, your logo, links and, if you prefer, voice notes explaining what you want.
- We build a preview for you to approve. Changes are made in rounds, within what your plan includes.
- Your site goes live only after you approve it.
Delivery time counts from when we receive your complete material; delays in sending material or answering will push delivery back. Uploaded files are kept for up to 90 days after delivery (see our Privacy Policy).
6. What the standard website plan includes
The standard plan for a business website (and for a creator page) includes:
- up to 5 pages;
- up to 20 images or videos in total;
- files sent through the client area of up to 15 MB per photo or document and up to 50 MB per video, with up to 500 MB of storage in total;
- 3 rounds of revisions on the preview, before and after your site goes live. A round is one set of change requests sent together.
Anything beyond that (extra pages, more images or videos, larger files, additional rounds of revisions or special features such as booking, member areas or integrations) is quoted separately. We send you the quote first, and the extra work is only done after you accept it. Without your acceptance, nothing extra is charged.
7. Your content
- Texts, photos, logos, videos, trademarks, prices and other material you send remain yours.
- You confirm you have the rights to use that material (for example, the photo is yours or licensed, and the logo doesn't belong to someone else) and that it is accurate. You are responsible for claims about your content.
- You give us permission to copy, adapt (resize, crop, optimize) and publish your material, only to provide the service and only while your plan is active.
- We may show your finished website in our portfolio with a link. If you don't want that, just ask and we'll remove it.
- If you put other people's information on your site (team photos, customer reviews), you are responsible for having their permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use unanti services to:
- sell or promote illegal products or services, or offer things you can't deliver;
- publish misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, violent or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- publish any sexual content involving minors or any non-consensual sexual content;
- run scams, fake pages, or collect other people's passwords or card details;
- send spam or malware, or try to break into, overload or bypass the security of our systems.
If we find something like this, we may take the content down and, in serious or repeated cases, end the contract. Whenever possible, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
9. Domains, hosting and ownership
- Your site can live at a unanti address (like yourbusiness.unanti.com) or at your own domain. Your own domain is registered in your name, with your real details, and belongs to you.
- Hosting is included while your plan is active.
- The design, code and tools unanti develops remain ours; while your plan is active, you have the right to use them on your site.
- When your plan ends, you can ask for a copy of your texts and images.
10. When a plan ends
- If your plan is cancelled or not renewed, your site may go offline after the paid period ends.
- Your website data may be permanently deleted 30 days after the end of the paid period, and can't be recovered after that.
- We may end the contract for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with prior notice, except where there is a security risk or a legal order.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep everything online at all times, but there may be downtime for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (power outages, provider failures, attacks). We schedule planned maintenance for low-traffic hours when we can. Support is provided by email at contato@unanti.com.
12. Warranties and liability
- We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we don't make other warranties, and we don't promise a specific number of visitors, sales or search rankings.
- We are not responsible for content you send, for products or services you sell, or for decisions by third parties we don't control (for example, changes in social network, payment or search engine rules).
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow it.
- Your consumer rights are not affected. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live still apply, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
13. Online stores (loja.unanti.com)
- The store owner alone is responsible for products, prices, inventory, delivery, returns, taxes and customer service, and for complying with consumer laws in their sales.
- For shoppers' data, the store owner decides how it is used and unanti acts as a service provider (see our Privacy Policy). Store owners must have their own privacy notice.
- If a store owner turns on the Meta Pixel or Google Tag, they are responsible for informing visitors and getting consent where required.
- Payments arranged directly between store and shopper (such as Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash or card on delivery) do not go through unanti.
- Store owners must keep their account password secret.
14. Social media connection app coming soon
This app has not launched yet. These rules apply to anyone who connects accounts once it is available.
- What it does: connects your Instagram, Facebook (Pages) and TikTok accounts to unanti so we can show your posts on your website and publish content you approved. YouTube is not included.
- Who may connect: only the owner or an authorized admin of the account or Page.
- Approval: nothing is published without your approval. You are responsible for the content you approve and for following each network's rules.
- Permissions: you choose what to allow on Meta's or TikTok's official screen and can revoke access at any time in the unanti platform, in the network's settings or by email.
- Platform dependency: the app relies on Meta's and TikTok's official tools. If they change their rules, limit access or go down, some features may stop working, and that isn't a failure on our part. We don't guarantee reach, followers or results.
- Prohibited use: don't use the app for spam, content that breaks the networks' rules, or accounts that aren't yours.
- Privacy: how we handle social media data and how to request deletion is in our Privacy Policy (data deletion instructions).
15. Partner program
- Partners get a referral code. Buyers using the code get the discount shown on our site; the partner earns the commission set in the program's current rules, shown in the partner dashboard.
- Commissions are only earned on payments actually received and are paid on the agreed date. Purchases with complimentary codes don't earn commissions.
- When promoting unanti, partners must clearly disclose the partnership (for example, under the US FTC Endorsement Guides), must not make promises that aren't on our website, and must follow advertising rules.
- We may end a partnership in case of fraud or misuse of a code.
16. Communications
Service messages (access, login codes, billing, file-deletion notices) are sent to the email on your account, from contato@unanti.com. Keep that email up to date; if it's wrong, you may miss important notices.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will email you in advance about material changes, and you can cancel if you don't agree. Changes never apply retroactively.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. However, if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live when those laws allow it. There is no mandatory arbitration and no class action waiver in these terms.
Please write to us first: most issues can be solved by email at contato@unanti.com.
